Sunday beholds my first race of any type this year. The Great East Anglia Run. Only 10km, but its a start. I am hoping to be able to get it done in under 45 mins, which will be good for me. Training has been going well ish, all down to Jase's plan, and my diet. So it will be a good test of my season to come. The whole thing is all about a sub 6hr Vitruvian, doesn't sound much to most but its a biggy for me. My plan after hitting 40 is to be fitter between 40 - 60 than I was between 20 - 40. So far so good. I want to be a GB athlete at some point in my life and this is the start of a long haul. Bear with me, I will get there but it may take some time!
